Due to the unique nature of custom designed decor balloon, we are unable to return product.
If for some reason you have to cancel your order we will gladly refund the amount less 20% for custom orders ONLY. Cancellation notices must be given 48 hours in advance of scheduled event date. Please email orders@balloon-dude.com if you have any questions.
We require full payment for all orders under $350, at time of order. Orders of $350 and higher are custom orders and will pay a 50% deposit at time of accepting invoice, with the remaining 50% due 10 days prior to delivery. Rush Fees may apply for orders placed less then 7 days prior, depending on specialty item availability.
